摘 要:为测定卷烟中二次复切微波膨胀梗丝的掺配比例,评价其在卷烟中的掺配均匀性。以A品牌三类烟的烟丝为试材,把微波膨胀梗丝和A牌三类烟的烟丝按不同比例混合(0%~50%),采集混合后样品的近红外光谱,利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立了近红外光谱预测模型。应用所建模型分别测定了待测烟支样品中以及烟支样品各段(每支烟(不含滤嘴)平均切成三段)中微波膨胀梗丝的掺配比例,计算了待测卷烟样品中及烟支各段中微波膨胀梗丝的掺配比例偏差,评价了其掺配均匀性。建立的近红外模型的相关系数R2为0.9986,该模型预测精度(RADP=1.72%)高、重现性(RSD<3%)好,可用于A品牌三类烟的烟支中微波膨胀梗丝掺配比例的快速检测;微波膨胀梗丝在待测烟支中以及烟支各段的掺配均匀性偏差小于2%。近红外光谱法可以快速测定微波膨胀梗丝在卷烟中的掺配比例,评价结果表明二次复切微波膨胀梗丝在卷烟中的掺配均匀性较好。The aims are to determine the mixing ratio of secondary cut after microwave expanded stem incigarettes and evaluate the mixing uniformity of it in cigarettes. The cut tobacco of the third-class cigarettes ofbrand A was taken as materials. The microwave expanded stems and cut tobacco of the third-class cigarettes ofbrand A were mixed with different ratios(0%-50%) and the NIRS(near infrared spectrum) were collected. Theprediction model of NIRS was established by partial least square. The mixing ratio of microwave expandedstems in cigarettes and in each part(each cigarette without filter was cut into three equal sections) of cigarettewas detected, respectively. The deviation of the mixing ratio of microwave expanded stems in cigarettes and ineach part of cigarette was calculated. And the mixing uniformity of microwave expanded stems in cigarettes wasalso evaluated according to the deviation. The correlation coefficient of the model was 0.9986, the model hadhigh forecast accuracy(RADP=1.72%) and good reproducibility(RSD〈3%). So this model could be applied infast determination of mixing ratio of microwave expanded stems in the third-class cigarettes of brand A. Thedeviation of mixing uniformity for microwave expanded stems in cigarettes and in each part of cigarette was lessthan 2%. So the NIRS method could be applied to fast determination of the mixing ratio of microwave expandedstems in cigarettes and evaluate the mixing uniformity for microwave expanded stems in cigarettes. Theevaluation result indicated that the cut stem prepared by secondary cut after microwave expansion hadgood mixing uniformity in cigarettes.
