摘  要:为了验证数控机床在机自动测量技术检测结果的准确性,在机床数控系统的支持下,对标准加工试件进行几何精度检测,将在机检测数据与三坐标测量仪检测数据进行对比分析。分析结果证明:在机自动测量技术的检测结果与三坐标测量仪的检测结果对比误差较小,且在机自动测量数据符合国家标准。In order to verify the consistency between the results of the automatic measurement of CNC machine tools and the results of the CMM, the geometric accuracy of standard test pieces was tested with the help of CNC, the on-line detection data were compared with the coordinate measuring instrument detection data and these data were analyzed. The analysis result shows that the con- trast error between the data of on-line automatic measurement technology and those of CMM is small, and online automatic measure- ment data are in line with national standards.
