柠檬酸掺杂TiO_2-NTs的制备及其光催化性研究

摘  要:以阳极氧化法制备TiO_2-NTs,通过控制工艺条件,如氧化电压、生长时间和煅烧温度等对TiO_2-NTs结构进行调控,并讨论其表面结构、管长和结晶状况对TiO_2-NTs光电催化的性能影响。结果表明电化学阳极氧化法制得的TiO_2纳米管阵列膜具有优异的光电催化性能,大的比表面积和适度的管长以及高度结晶的锐钛矿相是影响催化活性的三个重要因素。在阳极氧化液中加入适量柠檬酸对TiO_2-NTs掺杂,在最佳制备条件下制备TiO_2-NTs,将光催化和电化学技术相结合,采用光电催化技术使其性能得以提升。结果表明在加入柠檬酸浓度为0.01 M时TiO_2纳米管阵列光电催化效果最好。TiO_2-NTs prepared by anodic oxidation method by controlling the process conditions, such as oxidation voltage, the growth time and calcination temperature to adjust and control structure of TiO_2-NTs, and discuss its surface structure, length and crystallization of TiO_2-NTs photoelectric catalysis performance impact. Results showed that the electrochemical anodic oxidation method, TiO_2 nanotube array film with excellent photoelectric catalytic properties, large specific surface area and moderate length and height of crystallization of anatase phase are the three important factors influencing the catalytic activity. Adding suitable amount of citric acid in the anodic oxidation liquid of TiO_2-NTs doping,under the condition of the best preparation for the preparation of TiO_2-NTs, combining light catalytic and electrochemical technology, adopting photoelectric catalysis technology makes its performance was improved. Results show that when join citric acid concentration is 0.01 M TiO_2 nanotube array photoelectric best catalytic effect.
