摘　　要：高等学校野外观测研究与人才培养基地(简称"野外基地")不仅是野外科学研究长期定位观测的重要平台,更担负着学生实践能力、科研能力和创新能力培养的重任。文章基于高校野外基地问卷调查结果,结合国际和国内野外基地建设现状分析,指出了我国高等学校野外基地建设的必要性,认为高等学校野外基地建设一流实践性学科必须面对现实。并就高等学校野外台站目前存在问题进行分析,对如何建设提出了建议。Field observation research and talents cultivation base in universities（ ＂ field base ＂ for short） not only act as an important platform for long location observation in the field,but also has great responsibilities for cultivating the students＇ ability of practice,scientific research and innovation. Based on the results of questionnaire survey and analysis of current situation of field base construction at home and abroad,we point out the necessity of field base construction in universities,which is a reality that we have to face inview of building the first-class practical disciplines. Furthermore,we analyze the problems that the field base has existed at present and give some suggestions on how to construct it.
