摘　　要：本文探讨了瘢痕妊娠的早期超声表现,描述了超声检查的三个分型即典型瘢痕妊娠与两种不典型瘢痕妊娠的具体声像图表现,结合荟萃分析文献总结了早期超声检查所见及临床表现对最终结局的影响。分析了瘢痕妊娠超声漏诊误诊的原因与超声分型有关系,不典型瘢痕妊娠的不同类型误诊漏诊的情况不同,其临床后果也不一样。介绍了早期超声引导下病灶局部注射甲氨蝶呤治疗的适应对象选择条件、治疗方法、患者管理、治疗的有效性及安全性。The early sonographic findings of Cesarean scar pregnancy on ultrasound were explored. The classifications ofCesarean scar pregnancy on ultrasound were described. There are three forms of sonographic manifestations on earlyultrasound examination in CSP patients？ that is typical and two kinds of atypical Cultrasonographic finding and clinical manifestations on the outcome was summarized combining meta-analysis literature review. The reason of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of ultrasound was relative to the sosituation of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis was different in each from of atypical CSP patients as well as its clinicalconsequences. Ultrasound-guided local injection of methotrexate therapy for early Cesarean scar pregnancy was introduced including the patients’ selection,treatment methods patient administration,efficacy and safety.
