摘　　要：剖宫产瘢痕缺损是剖宫产术后的一个远期并发症。由于部分患者可能因此出现异常子宫出血或剖宫产瘢痕妊娠,甚至发生孕期大出血而危及母婴安全,妇科临床开始对此给予高度重视,随之而来的是对剖宫产瘢痕缺损的过度治疗。剖宫产瘢痕缺损到底该不该治疗?应该怎样治疗?如何评价治疗效果?这需要临床医生认真思考。Previous cesarean delivery scar defect （PCSD） is a lon g-term complication of cesarean. Some patients suf fer from abnormal uterine bleeding （AUB） or Cesarean section scar pregnancy （PSD） and ev en happened massive haemo r rhage during gestation.
