摘 要:目的探讨减少输液器通气管在输液过程中出现漏液现象的方法。方法 466例输液接瓶患者,将其随机分为第1组(150例,100 ml生理盐水)、第2组(149例,250 ml生理盐水)、第3组(167例,500 ml生理盐水),以上每组按避免漏液采用方法的不同再分为甲组(不回抽法)、乙组(回抽法)、丙组(挤压法),第1组:甲组60例、乙组40例、丙组50例;第2组:甲组50例、乙组54例、丙组45例;第3组:甲组58例、乙组49例、丙组60例。研究对象均使用塑料包装的生理盐水,抽吸注射器均使用20 ml一次性注射器。观察有效率的差异。结果甲、乙、丙三组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。丙组有效率高于甲组、乙组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组有效率高于甲组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第1、2、3组不回抽法有效率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.025,P>0.05)。结论输液换瓶时通过挤压法排空塑料瓶的空气,能够较好的达到维持正常输液、较少污染药液、防止通气管漏液的目的。Objective To discuss the method of reducing leakage phenomenon of ventilator during infusion. Methods A total of 466 ransfusion bottle replacement patients were randomly divided into group 1(150 cases, 100 ml normal saline), group 2(149 cases, 250 ml normal saline) and group 3(167 cases, 500 normal saline). All groups were divided by different ways of avoiding leakage into group A(non-withdrawl method), group B(withdrawl method) and group C(extrusion method). Group 1: group A(60 cases), group B(40 cases) and group C(50 cases). Group 2: group A(50 cases), group B(54 cases) and group C(45 cases). Group 3: group A(58 cases), group B(49 cases) and group C(60 cases). The subjects were all using plastic packaged saline, and the suction syringes were all 20 ml disposable syringes. Effective differences were observed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in effective rate among group A, group B and group C(P〈0.05). Group C had higher effective rate than group A and group B, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Group B had higher effective rate than group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in effective rate of non-withdraw method in group 1, group 2 and group 3(χ^2=0.025, P〉0.05). Conclusion The air of the plastic bottle can be emptied by extruding when the transfusion bottle is changed, and can better achieve the purpose of maintaining normal transfusion, less pollution of liquid medicine and prevent leakage of the ventilating pipe.
