探讨理气活血消症汤治疗中医各证型子宫肌瘤的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析中医各证型子宫肌瘤患者接受理气活血消症汤治疗的效果,为临床中医治疗提供参考。方法 128例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分成治疗组(气滞型21例,血瘀型19例,痰湿型24例)和对照组(气滞型23例,血瘀型20例,痰湿型21例),各64例。治疗组患者使用理气活血消症汤治疗,对照组患者使用独圣活血片治疗,连续治疗3个月后对比两组治疗效果及两组中医各证型治疗效果。结果治疗组痊愈22例,显效20例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率为95.31%。对照组痊愈17例,显效17例,有效11例,无效19例,总有效率为70.31%。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.051,P<0.05)。治疗组中医各证型总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医各证型子宫肌瘤患者使用理气活血消症汤治疗的效果比较突出,临床中可以进行推广使用。Objective To study and analyze the effect of Liqi Huoxue Xiaozheng decoction in treating hysteromyoma with different traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, so as to provide reference for clinical traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Methods A total of 128 hysteromyoma patients were randomly divided into treatment group（21 Qi stagnation type cases, 19 blood stasis type cases and 24 phlegm-damp type cases） and control group（23 Qi stagnation type cases, 20 blood stasis type cases and 21 phlegm-damp type cases）, with 64 cases. The treatment group was treated with Liqi Huoxue Xiaozheng decoction, the control group was treated with Dusheng Huoxue tablets. The treatment effects in two groups and all traditional Chinese medicine syndromes after 3 months of treatment were compared. Results Treatment group had 22 cure cases, 20 excellent cases, 19 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 95.31%, while the control group had 17 cure cases, 17 excellent cases, 11 effective cases and 19 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 70.31%. The treatment group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=14.051, P〈0.05）. The treatment group had total effective rate of all traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Liqi Huoxue Xiaozheng decoction shows remarkable effect in treating hysteromyoma with different traditional Chinese medicine types, and can be promoted and used in clinic.
