摘　　要：在分析餐饮废水特点的基础上,综述了目前国内外各种餐饮废水处理工艺的研究进展,阐述了各种处理方法中的新技术和新材料,并且着重强调了处理废水的同时产生可再生能源的重要性。On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of restaurant wastewater, this paper summarizes the research progress of various domestic and foreign wastewater treatment methods, and expounds the new technology and new materials in various treatment methods, and emphasizes the importance of producing renewable energy while producing wastewater.
