摘  要:硫粉作为能源物质之一,可同时被氧化亚铁硫杆菌和氧化硫硫杆菌所利用,其投量对生物沥滤效果起决定性作用。为此,保持5g/L黄铁矿粉和10%接种物投量不变,在1~4g/L范围内改变硫粉投量,通过摇瓶试验分析了硫粉投量对生物沥滤疏浚底泥脱水性能的影响及其作用机理。试验得到:当硫粉投量为2g/L时,比阻由2.81×10^(12)mg/kg降至0.92×10^(12)mg/kg,降幅(81.82%)最大,该投量为试验条件下的硫粉最佳投量。此时pH、Fe^(3+)和SO_4^(2-)变化率也达到最大或接近最大,说明底泥脱水性能的改善是生物沥滤产生的氧化、酸化和混凝协同作用的结果。As one of the energy materials, sulfur powder can be used for acidithiobacillus ferroxidans and acidithiobacillus thiooxidans at the same time and its dosage plays a decisive role in bioleaehing. Therefore, keeping the dosage of 5g/L pyrite and 10% inoculum unchanged and sulfur powder varied from 1g/L to 4g/L, it is analyzed the effects of sulfur powder on the dewatering ability of dredged sediment in bioleaching through the flask experiment, as well as its mechanisms. The result shows that the specific resistance to filtration decreases from 2.81 × 1012mg/kg to 0. 92 × 1022 mg/kg and the declining (81.82% ) is greatest when the sulfur powder dosage is 2g/L, which is the best addition under the condition of experiment. At this point, the changes of pH, Fe3+ and SO42- reach or close to the maximum and it is illustrated that improvement of the dewatering ability of sediment is the cooperative results of oxidation, acidification and coagulation produced form bioleaching.
