摘　　要：目的对江苏省宿迁市某铅酸蓄电池生产企业职业病危害现状进行调查和评价,找出其存在问题,以助企业后期整改。方法在现场职业卫生调查和职业病危害因素检测的基础上,对企业生产现场进行综合评价。结果制粉、包片、装配、焊接4个岗位的铅尘和铅烟浓度超过职业接触限值,其余化学毒物、粉尘浓度和噪声强度未超标,部分岗位噪声较大,超过80d B(A)。该企业在职业病防护设施、应急救援设施、个体防护用品和卫生辅助用室方面均存在问题。结论该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害现状较差,存在问题较多,不能达到职业病危害控制的要求,应该立即整改。[Objective]To investigate and evaluate the status of occupational hazards in a lead-acid battery enterprise of Suqian City in Jiangsu Province,find out existing problems,and provide the basis for enterprise to carry out rectification.[Methods]Based on the occupational hygiene investigation and occupational hazards determination,the comprehensive evaluation of the production site was carried out. [Results]The concentrations of lead dust and lead fume in four posts（pulverizing,packaging,assembly,welding） exceeded the occupational exposure limits. The concentrations of other chemical poisons and dust,and noise intensity met the standards. The noise intensity of some posts exceeded 80 d B（A）. There were problems in the occupational prevention facilities,emergency rescue facilities,individual protective articles and sanitary auxiliary rooms in the enterprise.[Conclusion]This is a construction project existing serious occupational hazards. The control of occupational hazards is poor with many problems,and cannot meet the requirements of occupational hazards control,which the rectification should be immediately carried out.
