摘　　要：目的了解北京市某区苯作业人群的健康监护状况,为苯作业职业病人群危害因素防控策略提供参考。方法收集2015—2016年北京市某区内苯作业工人在岗期间职业健康检查数据共934名,并选取同期苯作业工人上岗前检查477名,进行统计分析。结果苯作业人群总异常率为69.59%,2016年度该群体总异常率与2015年度的总异常率稍有降低,但差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.015,P>0.05);苯作业人群的白细胞计数异常率为5.57%,高于上岗前工人白细胞计数异常率;白细胞计数异常率仅与工龄有关,优势比为2.323。结论该区苯作业群体健康状况不容乐观,处于亚健康状态的态势,有必要采取措施提高该群体的健康状况水平。[Objective] To understand the health surveillance status of benzene-exposed workers in a district of Beijing,provide the reference for prevention and control strategies of benzene-exposed population. [Methods] The occupational health examination data of 934 benzene-exposed workers in a district of Beijing from 2015-2016 were collected and analyzed,and were compared with pre-service examination data of 477 benzene-exposed workers over the same period. [Results]The total abnormal rate of benzene-exposed workers was 69.59%. The total abnormal rate in 2016 was slightly lower than that in 2015,but the difference was not statistically significant（χ~2=3.015,P〉0.05）. Abnormal rate of white blood cells（WBC） count among benzeneexposed workers was 5.57%,which was higher than that among pre-service workers. Abnormal rate of WBC count was only related to working years,with odds ratio of 2.323. [Conclusion]The heath status of benzene-exposed workers in the district is not optimistic,and those people are already in a sub-health state. It is necessary to take measures to improve the health status of this population.
