从中西医的关系探索中西医结合的内涵和发展方向

摘　　要：自从西医学传入中国 ,中国出现了两种医学并存的局面。保守主义者 ,不懂得中医学与现代自然科学的关系 ,不懂得与现代医学的关系 ,固步自封 ,学术僵化 ,“国粹派”应运而生 ;西医学中一些不懂得自身局限性和片面性的缺陷 ,只看到其借助于现代科学技术对人体物质结构认识的先进性 ,看不到中医学功能方法的博大精深 ,看不到中医学 5 0 0 0年智慧与实践经验结晶的科学价值 ,幼稚地自大 ,“废止派”匆匆出笼 ;“汇通派”没有掌握中西医的内涵 ,几十年的努力成效甚微 ;中西医结合经半个世纪的研究与实践 ,硕果累累 ,为中西医学的发展起了巨大的促进作用。由于对中西医学内涵没有准确定位 ,使中西医结合学的定义、内涵、发展方向存在着许多需要探讨的问题。阐明中西医学的科学内涵 ,理顺其相互关系 ,是探讨中西医结合的内涵及其发展方向的基础。Coexistence of two kinds of medicine appeared in China since the introduction of western medicine. Standpatters,being chesty,stubborn and close and with ossification learning,did not understand the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine with modern natural science and with modern medicine.Then \!quintessential faction\' came forth.Some western medico did not know the finity and one sidedness of itself. They only set their eyes on the progress of western medicine which realized the physical construction of human body recur to modern science techniques,and neglect width and depth of functional methods of Chinese medicine and its value with wisdom and practice experience deposited throughout five thousand years. Being arrogant puerilely,\!discard faction\' presented in a hurry.\!Gather faction\' cannot master the inside connotation of Chinese with western medicine and got little merits during these decades.With deeply studying and practicing in these years,combine of the two kinds of medicine had great achievement and accelerate tremendously the development of them. But many dispute are here waiting for us to resolve for the definition,connotation and development direction of combine of Chinese with western medicine doe to scarcity of exact understanding of its connotation. To clarify the scientific connotation and clear up its correlation is the base of studying the connotation of combine of Chinese with western medicine and its development direction.
