坤泰对卵巢储备功能下降患者治疗效果的初步评价

摘　　要：目的观察坤泰对卵巢储备功能下降患者预治疗后结合人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)促排卵的效果。方法本研究选择2016年6-12月东莞市人民医院生殖科的60例卵巢储备功能下降患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为A组、B组,A组29例予坤泰联合HMG治疗,B组31例予HMG治疗。比较两组的周期取消率、内膜厚度、HCG日E_2水平、排卵率、临床妊娠率等。结果两组的周期取消率和排卵率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而HCG日E_2水平、内膜厚度、临床妊娠率以及生化妊娠率的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于卵巢储备功能下降的患者,坤泰预治疗,可以改善HMG促排卵的治疗效果。Objective To observe the effect of Human menopausal gonadotropin（HMG） after preconditioning with Kuntai on ovarian ovulation with ovarian reserve function. Methods From June to December in2016, 60 cases of decreased ovarian reserve of Dongguan People＇s Hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into Group A and Group B. Group A with 29 cases was given Kuntai and HMG.Group B with 31 cases was given HMG. The rate of elimination, endometrial thickness, E_2 level of HCG day,ovulation rate, and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was significant difference in the elimination rate and ovulation rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the level of E_2 of HCG, intimal thickness, clinical pregnancy rate and biochemical pregnancy rate（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with decreased ovarian reserve function, Kuntai pretreatment can improve the therapeutic effect of HMG ovulation induction.
