金融支持宁波“港口经济圈”建设的机制与策略研究

摘　　要：近年来,宁波市金融系统积极推进金融创新、优化金融服务,为宁波港口经济圈的建设与发展提供了强大的支持动力。本文以分析宁波市金融支持港口经济圈发展的现状和问题为主线,以金融支持对港口经济圈发展作用和效果的定量分析为基础,以如何让金融更加有效地支持和推动港口经济圈建设和发展为目的展开系统性研究。这对于进一步增强金融业在支持港口、产业和城市协调发展中的推动作用,从而在更高层次上提升宁波在服务"一带一路"和"长江经济带"国家战略中发挥更大的作用具有积极的理论与实践意义。In recent years, the financial sector of Ningbo has actively promoted financial innovation and optimized financial services, which has provided a powerful support for the development of Ningbo＇s port economic circle. Frist of all, the paper Systematically analyses the status and problems of financial support for the development of port economic circle of Ningbo.Secondly, the paper quantitative analyses the function and effect of financial support of the port economic circle development. Finally, the opinions and suggestions are made on how to effectively financial support and promote the construction and development of the port economic circle.The research has a positive meaning that it further enhance the financial sector supports the development of Ningbo＇s port economic circle, so as to enhance the level of Ningbo in the service of ＂The Belt and Road Initiatives＂ and ＂The Yangtze River Economic Belt＂ national strategy.
