摘　　要：完善失信惩罚机制是保障体育经济活动信任的重要手段,发达国家都制定和实行征信制度。我国在企业征信行业发展的基础上正加强个人信用体系建设。体育经济活动中失信惩罚机制设计包括基本原理和工作原理。加强体育经济失信惩罚机制的建立主要通过资信评级、奖惩制度和健全司法制度。Improving the punishment mechanism of dishonesty is an important means to protect the confidence of sports economic activities, and developed countries have formulated and implemented credit reporting system. On the basis of the development of enterprise credit reporting industry, our country is strengthening the construction of personal credit system. The design of punishment mechanism for dishonesty in sports economic activities includes basic principles and working principles. Strengthen the establishment of sports economic dishonesty punishment mechanism, mainly through credit rating, reward and punishment system and improve the judicial system.
