摘 要:目的探讨早期序贯性肠内营养支持护理对急性脑卒中伴吞咽困难患者营养指标及感染发生率的影响。方法选取2015年2月~2017年2月我科收治的急性脑卒中伴吞咽困难患者80例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行常规营养支持护理。观察组行早期序贯性肠内营养支持护理。比较两组营养指标、感染发生率和临床疗效。结果观察组护理后血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清总蛋白(TP)、总淋细胞数(TLC)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后感染总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期序贯性肠内营养支持护理应用于急性脑卒中伴吞咽困难患者效果显著,可有效改善患者营养指标,降低感染发生率,提高治疗有效率。Objective To explore the effect of early sequential enteral nutrition support nursing on nutritional indicators and the incidence of infection in patients with acute stroke and dysphagia. Methods From February 2015 to February 2017, 80 patients with acute stroke and dysphagia were randomly divided into two groups: 40 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nutrition support. Use early sequential enteral nutrition support nursing care in the observa- tion group. Compare nutrition indexes, infection rate and clinical curative effect in two groups. Results Nutritional index: The levels of ALB, TP, TLC and Hb were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P d0. 05). The incidence of infection: the incidence of infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P d0. 05). Clinical efficacy: the treatment group was more effective than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P d0. 05). Conclusion Early sequential enteral nutrition support nursing is effective in patients with acute stroke and dysphagia. It can effectively improve the nutritional index, reduce the incidence of infection and improve the efficiency of treatment. It is worthy to be popularized.
