摘  要:在高层结构设计过程中,设计人员往往以满足结构安全性为目标,使得结构偏于保守,剪力墙数量设计得过多,没有充分发挥剪力墙的承载力,忽略了建筑节能等经济性问题,并造成了一定的浪费。通过工程实例,运用有限元软件PKPM对结构进行了简化建模,综合考虑结构的安全参数指标以及成本造价,给出作者建议的布墙率的合理范围,对实际工程具有指导意义。In the design process of high-rise structure, the structural safety was primarily taken as the goal by designers, which made: the structures were subject to be conservative, the excessive number of shear walls did not give full play to thier bearing capacity, and ignorance of energy-saving economic problems caused some waste. In this paper, through an engineering example, simplified modeling was completed on the structure using finite element software PKPM, and the reasonable range of cloth wall ratio was given as the author suggested considering security parameter index and cost of the structure, which had a guiding significance to the actual project.
