淅川乌骨鸡与黄胫丝毛鸡、青胫隐性白羽鸡杂交F1代孵化性能和蛋品质的测定

摘　　要：为了比较淅川乌骨鸡♂×黄胫丝毛鸡♀、淅川乌骨鸡♂×青胫隐性白羽鸡♀和淅川乌骨鸡纯繁组3个组合的F1代的孵化性能和蛋品质,试验采用测定受精率、受精蛋孵化率、入孵蛋孵化率、健雏率等孵化性状和蛋重、哈氏单位、蛋壳重、蛋壳厚度、蛋白高度、蛋黄重、蛋白重、蛋形指数、蛋黄比率等蛋品质的方法,并对结果进行分析。结果表明:淅川乌骨鸡♂×青胫隐性白羽鸡♀组的受精率、受精蛋孵化率、健雏率、初生重、种蛋重等孵化性能及蛋重、蛋黄重、蛋黄比率等显著高于其他两组;淅川乌骨鸡♂×青胫隐性白羽鸡♀组的哈氏单位、蛋白高度显著低于纯繁组,但仍在AA级蛋的范畴。说明淅川乌骨鸡♂×青胫隐性白羽鸡♀组在孵化性能和蛋品质方面体现了较好的杂种优势。To compare the hatching performance and egg quality traits of F1 generation of Xichuan Black-bone♂ × Yellow Shank Silky chicken♀,Xichuan Black-bone♂ × Black Shank Recessive White♀ and Xichuan Black-bone × Xichuan Black-bone,the test was conducted by determining and analyzing different hatching traits of fertilization rate,hatching rate of fertilized eggs and incubation eggs,and the rate of Healthy Chicks and other egg quality traits including egg weight,Haugh unit,eggshell thickness,albumen height,yolk weight,protein weight,egg shape index,and yolk ratio. The results showed that the fertilization rate,fertilized eggs hatching rate,healthy chick rate,birth weight,egg weight,yolk weight and yolk color of Xichuan Black-bone♂ × Black Shank Recessive White chicks were significantly higher than those of others. Albumen height and Haugh unit of Xichuan Black-bone♂ × Black Shank Recessive White were significantly lower than those of Xichuan Black-bone × Xichuan Black-bone chicks,but still in the category of AA eggs. This indicates that the performance of Xichuan Black-bone has been promoted by hybrid,and shows excellent heterosis.
