摘　　要：目的了解呼和浩特市2010-2014年肺结核流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法对呼和浩特市2010-2014年法定传染病报告系统的肺结核病例数据资料进行描述性流行病学统计分析。结果呼和浩特市2010-2014年共报告肺结核病例5 204例,2010年发病率为53.77/10万,2011年发病率为45.11/10万,2012年发病率为39.68/10万,2013年发病率为28.05/10万,2014年发病率为22.26/10万,呈逐年下降趋势;每年3、4、11、12月报告的发病例数较多。﹥55岁人群为发病高危人群,占报告病例总数的48.14%;职业分布中农民所占比例最大,为50.56%;男性发病所占比例明显高于女性。农区发病率高于市区。结论呼和浩特市肺结核疫情形势不容乐观,今后应加强重点人群的肺结核防治工作。Objective Understand tuberculosis epidemiological characteristics of Hohhot in 2010 to 2014, to provide scientific basis for prevention and control strategy. Methods To analysis the tuberculosis cases data of legal infectious disease reporting system Of Hohhot in 2010 to 2014 by descriptive epidemiological statistical. Results 5 204 tuberculosis cases were reported from 2010 to 2014 in Hohhot, in 2010 the incidence is 53.77/10 ten thousand, in 2011 the incidence is 45.11/10 ten thousand, in 2012 the incidence is 39.68/10 ten thousand, in 2013 the incidence is 28.05/10 ten thousand, Declining trend year by year; Every year 3, 4, 11, 12 month the cases reported were more. People over 55 years old are high-risk group, the total number of reported eases is 48.14%; Farmers is the largest in the occupational distribution proportion, is 50.56%; Disease proportion of men is significantly higher than women. Agriculture incidence is higher than the city. Conclusion tuberculosis epidemic situation is not optimistic in Hohhot, tuberculosis of focus group＇s prevention and control work should be strengthened in the future.
