超声造影引导下浅表淋巴结穿剌活检的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影引导下浅表淋巴结穿剌活检的临床价值及意义。方法收集2015年9月~2017年3月在我院行超声引导下浅表淋巴结穿刺患者110例,随机分为两组,一组为常规超声引导下穿刺活检(常规组51例)另一组为超声造影引导下穿刺活检(造影组59例),均无超声造影及穿刺禁忌证,以术后病理作为对照,观察两组病例的取材成功率及诊断准确率。结果超声造影引导下穿刺活检的取材成功率及诊断准确率均高于常规组,各参数的差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论超声造影可以获取淋巴结内的血流灌注信息,在超声引导下对造影感兴趣区进行靶向取材,可大大提高取材的成功率和诊断准确率。Objective To explore the clinical value and significance of needle biopsy of superficial lymph node guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. Methods One handred and tenpatients treated with needle biopsy of superficial lymph node guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in our hospital from September 2015 to March 2017 are randomly divided into two groups. One group of patients are treated with needle biopsy guided by conventional ultrasound （with 51 cases in the conventional group~ and the other group of patients are treated with needle biopsy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography （with 59 cases in the angiography group）. There was no contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and puncture cont^aindication in both groups. The success rate of biopsy and diagnostic accuracy of the two ＇groups were observed with puncture and postoperative pathology as a control. Results The success rato and diagnostic accuracy of the biopsy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography were significantly higher than those of the conventional group and the differences of the parameters were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Information about blood perfusion in the lymph nodes can be obtained by ultrasonography, and the success rate and diagnostic accuracy of can be greatly improved by targeting sample in the radiography region of interesting under the guidance of ultrasound.
