摘　　要：闽浙赣革命根据地法律文献是土地革命战争时期根据地法制建设的重要史料。目前,经过系统性搜集整理已形成一部法律文献汇编。文章围绕文献汇编,从形式、时间、内容、重点、思想、范围、性质等不同角度,总结出文献的特点,以还原闽浙赣革命根据地法制建设原貌,为深入推进根据地法制建设研究提供参考。Legal documents from Revolutionary Base Areas of Fujian, Zhejiang and Jiangxi Provinces are significant historical data for legal construction in Revolutionary base area during Agrarian Revo- lutionary period. Currently, one legal document assembly has been formed after systemic sorting. This thesis will summarize the characteristics of literature from form, time, content, focus, ideolo- gy, scope and many other points of view to revivify the historical appearance of the Fujian, Zhe- jiang, Jiangxi Revolutionary Base Areas and provide reference for further advancing legal construc- tion in Revolutionary Base Areas.
