高频超声诊断腹股沟疝与精索脂肪瘤的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声诊断腹股沟疝与精索脂肪瘤及两种疾病关系的临床价值。方法对比分析286例男性腹股沟区肿块患者术前超声诊断与手术后病理结果。结果 286例患者中腹股沟疝303例,腹股沟疝合并精索脂肪瘤18例,1例腹股沟脂肪疝误诊为精索脂肪瘤,2例腹股沟疝合并精索脂肪瘤漏诊,高频超声诊断精索脂肪瘤符合率92.3%,腹股沟疝符合率99.6%。结论高频超声对精索脂肪瘤和腹股沟疝均有较高诊断率,对探讨两种疾病关系及鉴别诊断具有重要价值,避免临床对精索脂肪瘤的漏诊,减少腹股沟疝的复发。Objective To explore the diagnosis value of the relationship between spermatic lipoma and inguinal hernia through high frequency ultrasound. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the preoperative utrasonic diagnosis and postoperative pathology of286 male patients with inguinal mass. Results In 286 male patients,there are 303 cases of pure inguinal hernia,18 cases of isolation lipoma with inguinal hernia,1 case of inguinal hernia misdiagnosis,and 2 cases of spermatic lipoma undiagnosis. The percentage of diagnosis coincidence of spermatic lipoma with high frequency ultrasound is 92. 3%,and the diagnosis coincidence of inguinal hernia with high frequency ultrasound is 99. 6%. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound on the spermatic cord lipoma and inguinal hernia has a higher diagnostic rate,which is of great value for exploring the relationship between the two diseases and differential diagnosis,avoiding the clinical diagnosis of spermatic cord liposuction in order to reduce the recurrence of inguinal hernia.
