不明原因不孕患者子宫内膜种植窗口期IL-1β、IL-1ra mRNA的表达

摘　　要：目的检测IL-1β及IL-1ra mRNA在不明原因不孕患者子宫内膜种植窗口期的表达,探讨其与不明原因不孕症的相关性。方法采用逆转录—聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR),对50例不明原因不孕患者及正常女性子宫内膜种植窗内IL-1β、IL-1ra mRNA的表达进行半定量检测。结果在参与试验的病例子宫内膜种植窗口期几乎均存在IL-1β及IL-1ra mRNA表达;与正常女性相比,不明原因不孕患者子宫内膜种植窗口期IL-1β表达下降,而IL-1ra mRNA表达则明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且不明原因不孕患者IL-1ra与IL-1β表达比平均值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-1β及IL-1ra mRNA表达失调可能是导致不明原因不孕的重要分子机制。Objective To investigate the expression of IL-1β and IL-1ra mRNA during the window time of implantation in patients with unexplained infertility,and to explore the relationship between the expression of IL-1β and IL-1ra mRNA and the unexplained infertility. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（ RT-PCR） was used to detect the expression of IL-1β and IL-1ra mRNA in 50 cases of patients with unexplained infertility and normal women in the endometrial implantation window.Results The expression of IL-1β and IL-1ra mRNA during implantation window time almost exists in all trial cases. Compared with normal females,the expression of IL-1β during implantation window time of unexplained infertile patients＇ endometrium decreases,and the expression of IL-1ra mRNA increases obviously,the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The expression ratio of IL-1ra and IL-1 in patients with unexplained infertility is significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression dysregulation of IL-1β and IL-1ra mRNA may be the important molecular mechanisms of unexplained infertility.
