某三甲医院2010—2016年出院患者疾病谱分析

摘　　要：目的分析医院近7年的出院患者疾病谱变化情况,为提高医院管理水平提供科学依据。方法采用SAS 9.4软件对2010—2016年出院患者病例数据进行回顾性统计分析。结果 7年间出院患者例数呈上升趋势,疾病谱顺位变化不大,存在一致性(χ~2=67.12,P<0.05)。前5位系统疾病为:影响健康状态和与保健机构接触的因素、肿瘤、循环系统疾病、肌肉骨骼和结缔组织系统疾病、消化系统疾病。结论医院应根据疾病构成情况,合理配置卫生资源,指导疾病防治工作。Objective To analyze the characteristics of disease spectrum of discharged patients for providing the decision-making basis to improve the level of hospital management. Methods The cases of discharged patients from 2010 to 2016 year were analyzed retrospectively by using the SAS 9. 4 software. Results The number of discharged patients showed an upward trend during 7 years,and there was no consistent change in the disease spectrum（ χ2= 67. 12,P 〈 0. 05）. The top five diseases were factors influencing health status and contact with health services,tumor,circulatory system diseases,musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases,and digestive system diseases respectively. Conclusion According to the characteristics of disease spectrum,the hospital could allocate the health resources rationally and guide the work of disease prevention and control.
