摘　　要：利用PEST分析法,从政治、经济、社会、技术4个方面探讨军队医院纳入国家医疗保障体系的可行性;分析军民融合形势下军队医院发展的目标及任务;设计建立国家、军队、军队医院、官兵、群众"五位一体"的军民融合运行模式,为提高经济、社会、军事效益的军民融合深度发展提供思路。Explore the feasibility of military hospital into the national health insurance system from political,economic,social and technical aspects by using PEST analysis method,and analyze the objectives and tasks of military hospital under the situation of civil-military integration to establish ＂five in one＂operation mode of civil-military integration include the state,the army,the military hospital,the soldiers and the masses,and provide ideas to improve the depth development of economic,social and military benefits of civil-military integration.
