摘　　要：区域型医疗联合体有助于优质医疗资源下沉,提高区域内医疗资源利用效率。文章旨在坚持军民融合国家发展战略的总体部署要求,着眼国防和军队体制改革,特别是面临军队医疗机构撤降并改的严峻形势和挑战,通过对国内外医联体模式及实施状况的概括分析,充分借鉴国内外医联体发展的先进经验和优势,结合国家和军队实际;提出基于军民融合的军队区域型医疗联合体新思路,为推进军队医疗保障制度改革和提升官兵医疗服务水平探索新模式、新方法。Regional medical consortium contributes to the deepening of quality medical resources,and improves the efficiency of resource utilization within the region. The aim of this study is to insist on military and civilian integration,which is the overall deployment of national development strategies,and focus on national defense and military system reform,especially when facing the grim situation and challenges of military medical institution reform. Through the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign medical union model and implementation,we fully learned from the advanced experiences and advantages of medical consortia at home and abroad. According to the actual situation of the state and the army,we explored and put forward new ideas of military regional medical consortium based on civil-military integration,in order to explore new models and methods for improving military medical insurance system reform and military medical services.
