青海玉树中小学校医疗援助实践

摘　　要：医疗科技的发展突飞猛进,而中西部医疗卫生条件仍然相对落后。公益组织以服务社会民生为宗旨,在地区医疗保健能力促进中西部偏远建设中发挥积极作用。在青海玉树地区中小学校已连续实施两年的"古咕丁"医疗知识普及计划注重知识援助,创新公益模式,有效地起到改善教育环境、促进医疗公平的作用,取得良好的社会反响。文章以"古咕丁"项目为例,从项目背景、实施措施、活动成效、心得体会、发展规划等方面进行分析与阐述,为类似公益医疗援助活动提供参考借鉴。Medical technology is developing rapidly,while the medical condition in central and western regions is still at a lower level. With the aim to serve in the people’s livelihood,commonweal organizations should play an active role in promoting the health-care in remote central and western regions. Guguding Medical Knowledge Popularization Project which has implemented in primary and secondary schools in Qinhai Yushu area for 2consecutive years,pays special emphasis on medical knowledge popularization and innovation of public service model,thus improves educational circumstance and promotes medical equity. This article,taking the Guguding Medical Knowledge Popularization Project for an example,respectively analyzes and expounds the background,practical measures,effect of activities,experiences and future development plans,and provides references for similar medical public aiding activities.
