摘  要:对护理人员参加中美联合灾害医学救援演练进行总结和探讨。此次演练,双方参演护理人员混合编组参与水上救援、废墟搜索等各方面救治演练。通过演练提升两军护理人员共同参与国际人道主义救援减灾领域合作的能力,学习美军先进的卫勤护理保障模式和军事护理人才培养机制。在两军混合演练中,中美护理人员参与卫勤保障的模式存在差异,护理人员参与此次国际救援演练完成非常出色,但仍然存在不足,需继续改进和提高综合素质。To sum up and discuss the nursing personnel participating in the Sino US joint disaster medical rescue drill. In the exercise,the two sides participated in nursing personnel mixed grouping,participated in water rescue,ruins search and other aspects of treatment drills. During the exercise,we have enhanced the cooperation ability of both military and nursing personnel participating in international humanitarian assistance and disaster reduction. At the same time,we should learn the advanced military medical care support mode and the training mechanism of military nursing personnel through exercises. In the mixed exercises between the two militaries,there are differences in the modes of health care support between Chinese and American nurses,the attendance of the nurses in this international rescue drill has been well accomplished,but there are still deficiencies,and it is necessary to continuously improve the overall quality of nursing staff.
