益气活血方对老年2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期患者负性情绪和生活质量及血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的益气活血方治疗对老年2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期患者负性情绪和生活质量及血糖的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年10月我院110例气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病合并脑梗死恢复期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组接受西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟益气活血方治疗,疗程均为14 d。观察2组临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度、焦虑抑郁情绪、生活质量、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)。结果治疗后观察组总有效率、神经受损程度、运动功能及独立程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后FBG、2h PG、Hb Alc水平均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组上述糖代谢指标的改善情况显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后观察组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗期间均未发现严重的药物相关的不良事件。结论益气活血方能有效降低老年气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期患者血糖水平,促进神经功能的修复,改善运动情况、生活质量及焦虑抑郁情绪,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on negative mood and quality of life as well as blood glucose of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral infarction at convalescence stage. Methods One hundred and ten qi deficiency and blood stasis patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral infarction at convalescence stage from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 60 cases. The control group received routine treatment for 14 days,while the observation group accepted with Yiqi Huoxue Recipe treatment for 14 days. The clinical efficacy,the degree of neurological deficits,anxiety and depression mood,quality of life,fasting blood glucose,2 h PG and Hb Alc were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment,degree of nerve damage,motor function and degree of independence of observation group were all better than those of the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the FBG,2 h PG and Hb Alc level of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those parameters in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;the anxiety and depression evaluation scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;serious drug-related adverse events were not found during treatment of both groups. Conclusions Yiqi Huoxue Recipe can effectively reduce the blood glucose of these qi deficiency and blood stasis elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral infarction at convalescence stage,and improve the nerve damage,motor function,quality of life as well as anxiety and depression mood. Thus,it is highly recommended.
