摘 要:建立了加速溶剂一步提取与净化-气相色谱法测定土壤中六六六、滴滴涕残留量的方法。实验对方法的线性、检出限、精密度、回收率及土壤质控样品进行了分析,结果表明,8种目标化合物在线性范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.000 5 mg/kg^0.000 7 mg/kg,土壤样品加标回收率范围在80%~120%以内,相对标准偏差小于10%,土壤质控样品结果与标准值吻合度良好。该方法能够满足土壤中六六六、滴滴涕残留量检测的要求。This paper adopts the method to determine the residues of 666 and DDT in soil by gas chromatography with ASE one-step extraction and purificatlon.The experiment analyzes the linearity,detection limit,precision,recovery rate and soil quality control samples of this method. The result showed that 8 kinds of compounds with good linearity in the linear range,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999;the detection limits were in range of 0.000 5 mg/kg to 0.000 7 mg/kg;the recovery rate of soil samples was between 80% to 120% ;the relative standard deviation was less than 10%;the results of soil QC sample were in good agreement with the standard values.The method can meet the requirement for the determination of 666 and DDT residues in soil.
