摘　　要：外泌体(exosome)是细胞向胞外分泌的一种囊泡,直径约40~100 nm。外泌体与免疫、肿瘤以及病毒类疾病的发生发展有着密切的联系,已成为上述领域内的研究热点。文章就外泌体在病毒感染中的研究进展作一综述。Exosomes are a kind of vesicle with a diameter about 40～100 nm, extracellular secreted by cells. The importance of exosomes has been highlighted because of their close association with immunity, tumor and the occurrence and development of viral diseases. The research progress of exosomes in virus infection was summarized in this review.
