摘 要:关于寒冷地区煤炭运输设备上煤的冻粘问题,为研究煤粒度和冻粘基体表面波纹度对煤冻粘强度的影响规律及原因,选取5种不同粒度煤样和5种不同表面波纹度的钢板分别组合做冻粘强度试验。结果表明:(1)随着煤粒径d减小,任一波纹度钢板上煤冻粘强度均增加。粒度越小煤冻粘界面越致密,钢板表面对煤颗粒吸附作用也越强,则冻粘强度越大;粒度大反之。(2)随着钢板波纹度参数Wsm和Wc值逐渐增加,较小粒度的煤冻粘强度明显增加,较大粒度的煤冻粘强度无明显增减趋势,中等粒度煤冻粘强度先无明显变化,然后逐渐增加。当d<Wsm时,煤颗粒易进入钢板表面波纹度轮廓的波谷中,随波纹度参数值增大,进入煤颗粒增多,表面对其吸附作用增强,冻粘强度增加;当d>Wsm时,煤颗粒难以进入波谷中,不同波纹度钢板对其吸附作用差别不大,冻粘强度无明显增减趋势。The freezing adhesion of transportation equipments in cold regions is concerned in this paper, the influence of the coal granularity and the surface waviness of matrix material on freezing adhesive strength is investigated. The freezing adhesive strength of coal with respectively combination of five different granularities and five kinds of different waviness of steel plates are tested respectively.(1)With decreasing gradually of the diameter of coal particles, the freezing adhesive strength of coal on the steel plates with the same surface waviness increases. When the granularity is small, the freezing adhesive boundary is continuous and compact, and the adsorption of the gap on matrix material surface was also strong. The situation is the opposite when the granularity is large.(2)With the decreasing gradually of the surface waviness parameter Wsm and Wc of steel plates, the freezing adhesive strength of coal with the smaller diameter increases remarkably, and the freezing adhesive strength of coal with the larger diameter had no evident change, and the freezing adhesive strength of coal with medium diameter had no evident change firstly and then increases gradually. When the diameter of coal particles is smaller than the value of Wsm, the coal particles is easy to enter the gap of waviness profile, and the larger the waviness parameter is, the more the coal particles enter, the stronger the adsorption between gap and coal particles is, the more the freezing adhesive strength increases. When the diameters of coal particles are bigger than Wsm, the coal particles are difficult to enter the gap of waviness profile, adsorption of different surface waviness has little difference. The freezing adhesive strength is less influenced by the waviness of matrix material.
