摘　　要：铁路运输是城市发展的重要基础设施,其完备程度深刻地影响着社会经济发展。不同铁路线路的通过利用率可以体现运输设备的能力利用水平,反映铁路建设滞后、适应还是超前。本文对其不同铁路线路区段的通过能力利用率进行计算,进而对吉林省目前的铁路发展适应性作出评价,对未来吉林省铁路发展提供政策建议。Railway, as an important infrastructure in urban construction, has deeply influenced on social and economic development. The index of use ratio reflects the usage condition of railways. If this index is too high, the railway in this region is used quite sufficiently, which means railway construction may be lagged ; and vice versa. In this paper, we calculated the use ratio index of different part railways in Jilin province, and then evaluated their adaptability with economic growth, which provided basis for policy making.
