摘　　要：绿色交通是生态文明和绿色发展理念在交通运输领域的集中体现。海南省坚持生态立省,绿色交通建设是全面落实"五位一体"总体布局,助推海南国际旅游岛建设,促进全省交通运输全面协调可持续发展的重要组成部分。本文从海南省绿色交通体制机制、运输结构、运输组织、科技创新、政府引导等五方面全面阐述了海南省绿色交通发展现状,提出了绿色交通发展存在的问题,并从强化政策保障、加强科技创新、注重人才培养、培育绿色文化等方面提出相关政策建议。Green transportation is a concentrated embodiment of the concept of ecological civilization and green development in the field of transportation. Hainan province insists on ecological protection. Green traffic construction is a comprehensive implementation of the overall layout of the ＂five elements ＂, helping to build Hainan ＂s international tourism island and promoting the overall coordinated and sustainable development of transportation in the province. This paper expounds the present situation of green traffic development in Hainan province from five aspects： green traffic system mechanism, transport structure, transportation organization, scientific and technological innovation, government guidance, etc. It also puts forward the problems of green traffic development, and makes suggestions from the aspects of strengthening policy guarantee, scientific and technological innovation, focusing on personnel training and cultivating green culture.
