摘　　要：红土镍矿HPAL工艺的搅拌设计选型时,主要考虑混合和固体悬浮的效果。在选用搅拌器时,应选用能有效地产生轴向流的推进式搅拌器,并配备相应的机械密封系统以保证系统的安全运行。Mixing and solid floating effect should be mainly considered when designing and selecting agi-tator in HPAL of nickel laterites. In HPAL process, propeller agitator is a suitable choice since it can create axial flow effectively. Mechanical seal must be equipped in order to make the process system work safely.
