摘　　要：ZYH全悬挂柔性传动是烧结机上柔性驱动的核心设备,本文解决了烧结机传动结构复杂、庞大臃肿、驱动不稳定、能量消耗大的问题。它的关键零件的受力分析,计算结果准确,为其结构设计、参数选取、尺寸确定提供了一定的理论基础。ZYH全悬挂柔性传动装置结构新颖、先进、占用空间小,承载能力大,传动稳定可靠,安全节能,使其在冶金企业中获得越来越广泛的应用。ZYH full suspension flexible transmission device is the core equipment which is fully suspen-ded in the sintering machine on the flexible drive, the paper solves theses problems, such as complex structure, huge shape, drive instability, high energy consumption. The paper takes stress analysis to the key components, the calculation results are accurate, and provides a theoretical basis to its structural de-sign ,parameter selection, size determination. ZYH full suspension flexible transmission device is novel in structure, advanced and occupies small space, carrying capacity, stable and reliable transmission, safe and energy saving, so that it is in the metallurgical enterprises more and more widely used.
