摘 要:介绍了铝电解车间氧化铝原料的应用及损耗、以及车间产生粉尘的必然性和主要原因,并简述了车间扬尘环境和净化系统能力,指出铝电解多功能机组吹灰系统造成二次扬尘危害且原料浪费。围绕粉尘产生因素,对铝电解多功能机组结构及其主要工艺操作进行了介绍。从而,根据铝电解多功能机组的现有结构和配置,提出了一种粉尘清理回收系统,并详细介绍了回收系统的总体规划、结构布置设计、回收装置和自动控制原理。并通过设计回收系统的集尘罩,计算了系统的风量需求、滤袋选型。The application and consumption of aluminum oxide material in electrolysis workshop, and the necessity and main reason of dust generated in the workshop are introduced. The raise dust environment and capacity of purification system to the workshop are also described. Waste of raw materials and harm of secondary raise dust bring by blowing system of pot tending machine(PTM) are pointed out. The structures and its main process operations of PTM are introduced around the dust generation factors.Therefore, a dust cleaning and recovery system is proposed according to the existing structures and apparatus of PTM, and the total program, structural arrangement design, recovery device and automatic control principle of the recovery system are introduced in detail. And the air quantity demand, filter-bag selection are calculated through the designing of dust cover to the recovery system.
