摘　　要：铝电解多功能起重机是铝厂预焙阳极铝电解生产专用的机械化操作设备。它一般包大车部、出铝小车、工具小车及气动系统等。其中出铝小车是多功能机组大车部中重要部件,小车架作为出铝小车的组成部件,因其在焊接过程中易产生焊接变形,影响电解铝多功能机组的生产制造。本文主要对小车架生产制造出现的问题进行分析,并针对问题提出了相应的解决方案,以达到控制焊接质量目的。The PTM is a special mechanized operation equipment for aluminum electrolysis production,which is composed of girder bridge, aluminum trolley, tool trolley and pneumatic system. The trolley frame is an important part of the multi-functional unit, because of its welding deformation, it affects the production of the PTM. This paper analyzes the problems in manufacture of the trolley frame, and puts solution to the problems in order to control the welding quality.
