摘 要:根据真空脱碳反应热力学讨论了实际真空度130Pa以下保持12min的RH脱碳反应的碳-氧平衡关系,指出受传质动力学的影响,RH脱碳结束时钢液中的氧含量还未达到真空度为1 000Pa时的平衡值。利用pH值测定法NaOH稀溶液吸收CO_2速率的实验原理在水模型中对RH真空[C]-[O]反应的表观脱碳速率进行研究,考察了提升气体流量、顶吹气体流量、顶枪枪位和气泡行程(浸渍管浸入深度)等因素对传质的影响。According to the vacuum decarburization reaction thermodynamics,actual C-O reaction balance under the condition with vacuum130 pa and maintaining 12 min was discussed and this paper pointed out that affected by the mass transfer kinetics,oxygen content in molten steel at the end of RH decarburization has not yet reached the equilibrium value of the vacuum degree of 1000 pa.The apparent decarburization rate of RH vacuum C-O reaction was studied by using water model,with the determination of the pH value of NaOH solution absorbing CO_2 reaction.The lift gas flow rate,the top blowing gas flow,top lance level,the bubble travelling length(inmensing depth)and other factors on mass transfer were investigated.
