摘　　要：理论分析了热镀锌钢板镀层云纹缺陷的产生原因及其影响因素,并针对云纹缺陷试样开展了试验,结果表明:云纹缺陷部位组织较粗糙、凹凸不平较明显,缺陷部位Al含量偏高,沿带钢轧制方向镀层质量分布不均。最后介绍了消除云纹缺陷的方法。The causes and influence factors of coating ripple defects on the hot-dipped galvanized steel were theoretically analyzed and test was performed on the ripple defect.The results of experiments on ripple defect samples show that：the microstructure at the defects is obviously rough and uneven,the Al content of the defect position is higher and its coating quality distribution along the direction of rolling strip coating is uneven.Finally,methods of eliminating coating ripple defects is introduced.
