摘　　要：为了验证低合金高强钢H410LA卷内性能稳定性,距卷头每隔5m进行了取样验证,通过力学性能试验、金相组织和扫描电镜进行了讨论分析,研究了各个因素对低合金高强钢性能波动的影响并给出了解决方案。In order to verify the performance stability of low alloy high strength H410 LA steel coils,samples were taken at 5 meters from the heads of each coil for mechanical properties,microstructure and scanning electron microscopy（SEM）.Based on the test results the effect of various factors on the performance fluctuation of low alloy high strength steel was analytically discussed and solutions were given.
