摘 要:目的分析小儿重症肺炎经鼻塞式持续气道正压通气技术实施治疗的临床效果。方法选择过去一段时期在我院接受治疗的重症肺炎疾病患儿84例,随机分为两组,每组42例,分别命名为对照组和治疗组。对照组患儿接受常规鼻导管吸氧方式治疗;治疗组采用鼻塞式持续气道正压通气方式进行治疗。比较两组患儿重症肺炎疾病治疗总有效率、肺炎疾病症状消失时间、呼吸状态恢复正常时间、肺炎治疗总时间、在治疗前后呼吸功能相关指标水平的改善幅度、治疗过程中不良反应例数。结果治疗组患儿重症肺炎疾病治疗总有效率达到90.5%,高于对照组69.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺炎疾病症状消失时间、呼吸状态恢复正常时间、肺炎治疗总时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗前后呼吸功能相关指标水平的改善幅度大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中仅有2例出现不良反应,少于对照组的9例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎疾病患儿采用鼻塞式持续气道正压通气技术进行治疗,可以在短时间内改善呼吸功能,减少不良反应,缩短疾病的治疗时间。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of nasal continuous positive airway pressure ventilation in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 84 children with severe pneumonia were treated in our hospital during the past period. They were randomly divided into two groups, 42 patients in each group. The patients were named as the control group and the treatment group. The control group received routine nasal catheter inhalation therapy, and the treatment group was treated with nasal continuous positive airway pressure. The treatment between the two groups of children with severe pneumonia disease total efficiency, pneumonia disease symptoms disappear time, breathing recovery time,pneumonia, total treatment time, respiratory function related indexes before and after treatment significantly improved, the treatment process of adverse reaction cases. Results The treatment group patients with severe pneumonia treatment the total effective rate reached 90.5%, 69.1% higher than the control group, there were significant differences(P < 0.05); pneumonia disease symptoms disappear time, breathing recovery time, pneumonia treatment time was shorter than the control group, there were significant differences between groups(P < 0.05); before and after the treatment of respiratory function related indicators of the level of improvement than in the control group, there were significant differences between groups(P <0.05); the treatment process only 2 cases of adverse reactions, less than 9 cases in the control group, there were significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion Nasal continuous positive airway pressure ventilation can effectively improve respiratory function, reduce adverse reactions and shorten the treatment time in patients with severe pneumonia.
