龙血竭剂型的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,龙血竭越来越多的应用于临床,但其上市剂型仅有散剂、胶囊剂和片剂。目前,虽然各种缓释剂型已研发出,且可明显提高龙血竭的溶出度,但多处于动物实验阶段,尚未应用于临床实践。这在临床应用中有着广阔的发展前景,是未来需要关注的研究方向。龙血竭具有活血散瘀、消肿止痛、收敛止血、软坚散结、生肌敛疮的功效,在临床有很好的效用。目前临床常见剂型及药物浓度还不能满足临床需要,通过对其提取工艺的研究,增加其溶出度应是未来研究的重点。In recent years,dragon's blood is applied more and more in the clinical,but listed Dosage forms are only powder, capsule and tablet formulations. At present various sustained-release dosage form has been developed, it has been shown to significantly improve the dissolution of dragon's blood, but many is in the stage of animal experiments.t has not been applied to clinical practice. The controlled-release dosage forms of dragon's blood have broad prospects for development in clinical applications, it is the future research direction which need to pay attention to.In this paper, the preparation of a variety of dosage forms, characteristics and research about extract, solvent, dosage form In order to improve the dragon's blood efficacy were summarized.
