摘  要:电池汇流排与极柱的连接在整个电源系统中起着重要作用,对其连接工艺的研究也有着较深远的意义。基于实际生产,对空间用氢镍、镉镍电池极柱与汇流排连接工艺进行了研究,提出了工艺优化方案。电池在轨的稳定运行充分证明了该工艺方案的合理性与可靠性。The connection between the busbar and the pole of the battery plays an important role in the whole power system,therefore it is of profound significance to study the connection technique.Based on the practical production process,the connection technique for the busbar and the pole of Ni-MH and Ni-Cd battery was discussed and studied.Moreover,the optimization scheme was proposed.The reasonality and reliability of the above technique scheme were fully proved by the stable operation of the battery with the optimized busbar/pole connection.
