摘 要:将具有分级孔结构的活性炭材料添加于铅酸电池负极表层制备得到铅炭电极,并通过不同倍率放电以及部分荷电态、高倍率(HRPSo C)循环测试,考察了铅炭电极高倍率放电性能。结果表明铅酸电池负极表层添加活性炭材料对其倍率放电性能具有重要影响。活性炭中的微米级孔隙可以增加HSO4-离子的流通孔道,提高其迁移速率,抑制负极表面硫酸盐化,提高负极高倍率条件下的放电性能。The activated carbon materials with hierarchical pore structure were added to the negative electrode surface of lead acid battery to prepare lead carbon electrode.The high rate discharge performance of lead carbon electrode was investigated through different rate discharge and partial charge state and high rate (HRPSoC) cycle test.The results show that the addition of activated carbon material to the negative electrode of lead acid battery has an important influence on the discharge performance.The flow channel of HSO4-ion was increased by the micro-pores in activated carbon.And the migration rate could be improved,sulfation of the negative electrode surface could be inhibited,and the discharge performance of the negative plates under high rate of negative electrode was improved.
