摘　　要：通过观察低倍酸洗试样,发现4Cr13模块心部存在密集型缺陷。通过失效分析,发现模块心部的密集型缺陷是由钢件心部的大量脆性硅酸盐夹杂引起的。Through observing the low power pickling sample to find out the intensive defects at the center of 4 Cr13 block. Through analyzing the fault to find out that the reason of intensive defects appearing at the center of block was a large number of brittle silicate inclusions at the center of steel.
