中医护理技术在面瘫病中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中医护理技术在面瘫病中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年7月-2015年5月我科共收治面瘫病住院患者739人次,给予针刺疗法的同时给予常规护理加中医护理技术,观察并分析面瘫患者的临床疗效。结果:通过开展辨证施护、实施中医护理技术和中医个体化健康指导,超过80%患者面瘫病的主要不适症状取得良好的护理效果。结论:将中医护理技术应用于面瘫患者,能够有效提高面瘫病患的临床治疗效果,提高患者满意度,值得临床大量推广应用。Objective： To observe the effects of TCM nursing technology on facial paralysis. Methods： A total of 739 hospitalized patients with facial paralysis who treated by acupuncture therapy in our department from July 2013 to May 2015 were selected and given routine nursing plus TCM nursing, the clinical curative effect was observed and analyzed. Results： Through the dialectical nursing, the implementation of Chinese medicine nursing technology and the individualized health guidance of Chinese medicine, more than 80% main symptoms achieved good nursing effects. Conclusion： The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques in treating facial paralysis could effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve the patient satisfaction. It was worthy of extensive clinical application.
