香柏酊外用治疗头皮部脂溢性皮炎(湿热证)临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察香柏酊Ⅰ号方及香柏酊Ⅱ号方治疗头皮部脂溢性皮炎(湿热证)临床疗效。方法:选取符合诊断标准及纳入标准的头皮部脂溢性皮炎患者97例,随机分入香柏酊Ⅰ号方组(39例)、香柏酊Ⅱ号方组(40例)及安慰剂组(18例),分别外擦香柏酊Ⅰ号方、Ⅱ号方及安慰剂于患处5min,每日2次,4周后观察疗效。结果:香柏酊组在红斑、鳞屑、脂溢、瘙痒改善方面与安慰剂有明显差异,其中香柏酊Ⅱ号方在鳞屑、脂溢、瘙痒改善方面优于香柏酊Ⅰ号方;在临床总疗效方面,香柏酊组未见明显差异,但显著优于安慰剂组。结论:香柏酊Ⅰ号方与香柏酊Ⅱ号方为治疗头皮部脂溢性皮炎(湿热证)有效制剂,其中香柏酊Ⅱ号方在改善麟屑、脂溢、瘙痒方面更为显著。Objective： To observe the curative effective of Xiangbai Tincture I and Ⅱ on seborrheic dermatitis of scalp（damp-heat syndrome）. Method： The patients with seborrheic dermatitis of scalp（n = 97） were chosen in accordance with diagnostic and inclusion criteria and randomly divided into the Xiangbai Tincture I group（n = 39）,Xiangbai Tincture Ⅱ group（n = 40） and placebo group（n =18）. Then they were respectively treated with Xiangbai Tincture I, Xiangbai Tincture Ⅱ and placebo for five minutes, twice everyday, for four weeks. Results： The curative effects in the Xiangbai Tincture group on erythema, dandruff, seborrhea and itch were much better than those in the placebo group. And the curative effects in the Xiangbai Tincture Ⅱ group on dandruff, seborrhea and itch were better than those in the Xiangbai Tincture I group. The total curative effect in the Xiangbai group was better than the placebo group. There was no significant difference between Xiangbai Tincture I group and Xiangbai Tincture Ⅱ group. Conclusion： Xiangbai Tincture I and Xiangbai Tincture Ⅱ were effective on seborrheic dermatitis of scalp, and Xiangbai Tinture Ⅱ had better effect on dandruff, seborrhea and itch.
