摘　　要：目的:观察运用GX-Ⅲ多功能电离子手术治疗机毫针触头代替火针治疗面部疾患的疗效。方法:选取针推科住院部面瘫、面肌痉挛、面痛患者140例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组予针推科常规治疗,治疗组在针推科常规治疗上予GX-Ⅲ多功能电离子手术治疗机毫针触头代替火针治疗。隔天1次治疗。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:GX-Ⅲ多功能电离子手术治疗机毫针触头代替火针将毫针和火针、电离子手术机连续工作的优点集为一体治疗面部疾患如面瘫、面肌痉挛、面痛疗效显著,患者易接受。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of GX-Ⅲ multifunctional electric ion surgical treatment machine with needle contact instead of fire needle therapy on facial disorders. Methods： 140 cases of facial paralysis, hemifacial spasm and facial pain treated in the Acupuncture and Massage Department were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly; the control group received conventional treatment; while the treatment group received GX-Ⅲ multifunctional electric ion surgical treatment machine with needle contact instead of fire needle therapy. Results： The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion：GX-Ⅲ multifunctional electric ion surgical treatment machine with needle contact instead of fire needle therapy had significant effect on facial paralysis, hemifacial spasm and facial pain; it combined the advantage of needle contact, fire needle and the continuous work of electric ion surgical treatment machine, which could be easily accepted by patients.
